friday is so quiet

today in the office is so cold. becos only less than 10 people is in the entire office. the rest of them have all taken leave to do last mintue CNY shopping or to do spring-cleaning. quite a bit of the staffs are going for a new haircut and buy new clothes. CNY is really my most favourite holiday. it's time to get new clothes, new hairstyle, new money for ang pows, etc..

for me, i am trying to change my hairstyle too. trying to keep it longer so that i can do more styling. buti have never succeed in keeping it beyond a certain length. too hot and messy. but i'll try. as for clothings, no new bottoms, going to wear back my old jeans. but i do have a new top, a longsleeve tee from ed hardy. so i'll look very shiny and fresh when i go and meet my relatives on the first day of CNY.

why do i like CNY best? becos i like to gather with my relatives and talk to them. maybe i am one of the fewer people around who likes to talk to my elders at home. i always feel i can learn so much from them, especially the several pastors at my grandma's place. i have 3 uncles who are pastors, so everytime talking to them is like attending a pastors' seminar. they will talk about mission trips, church growth, but also other more relaxing topics lah...

this year when we go over to my grandma's place, i think one of the highlights will be on klessis and her big tummy. joey will be the 4th generation in this big family. my grandma will be great-grandma and all my aunties will be grand-aunties...haha, so interesting..i really pray that my grandma will still be around when joey is born in march and even till next year's CNY. so that she can bless joey. my grandma is about 85 years old now, still very strong. so i pray that more years will be in her so that she can witness her great-grandchild grow up and call her.

friday is so quiet here. so unusual..i'm waiting for my bs groups to come at 4pm. going to run an errand now. so happy chinese new year to all of you.
